Terms of Service
Little Story Keepers™ · A brand of The Trieu Crew LLC
Effective Date: June 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Little Story Keepers™ website or services located at littlestorykeepers.com (the "Service"), creating an account, uploading content, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is currently intended for and available only to customers located in the United States. If you are not located in the United States, do not use the Service or place an order. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, do not use the Service. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and The Trieu Crew LLC, doing business as Little Story Keepers™ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Our Service is designed for adults, parents, and adult gift-givers; children do not create accounts or place orders. You may be required to affirmatively accept these Terms at account creation by checking an assent box or selecting an equivalent electronic acceptance mechanism. Before submitting an order for printing, you may also be presented with a checkout disclosure summary highlighting material order terms, including final review obligations, custom-order finality, limitations on refunds or reprints, arbitration, and class-action waiver provisions. By selecting "I agree," checking an assent box, submitting an order, or otherwise completing a transaction through the Service, you acknowledge that you had an opportunity to review these Terms before entering into the transaction.
2. Description of Service
Little Story Keepers™ provides an online platform, currently intended for and available only to customers located in the United States, that allows customers to create personalized, custom-illustrated children's storybooks ("Books") by uploading personal photographs, selecting illustration styles, and customizing narrative text. Completed Books are printed and fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners and shipped directly to eligible U.S. shipping addresses.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and located in the United States to use the Service and place orders. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, are located in the United States, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
4. Customer Accounts
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
At account creation, checkout, or another point in the Service, you may be offered an optional marketing-consent checkbox. If you choose to opt in, you authorize Little Story Keepers™ and The Trieu Crew LLC to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share the specific Uploaded Photos, AI Illustrations, book previews, completed book files, Customer Content, testimonials, names, likenesses, finished outputs, first name, and related non-sensitive order details that you submit, select, or approve for marketing, advertising, social media, portfolio, promotional, and related business purposes. This consent is optional and is not required to create an account, place an order, receive the Service, or purchase a Book. You may decline the consent box and still use the Service. If you later wish to withdraw consent for future marketing use, you may contact us at support@littlestorykeepers.com. Withdrawal will apply prospectively and will not require us to remove materials already printed, distributed, published, or otherwise used before we received and processed your withdrawal request, except where required by applicable law.
5. Customer-Uploaded Content
Ownership and Responsibility. You retain full ownership of all photographs, images, text, and other content you upload to the Service ("Customer Content"). You are solely responsible for all Customer Content you submit.
- License to Company. By uploading Customer Content, you grant Little Story Keepers™ and The Trieu Crew LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, transform, store, transmit, display, and create derivative works from your Customer Content solely as reasonably necessary to create your Book, process and fulfill your order, provide customer support, support eligible reprints, refunds, or quality-issue resolutions, detect or prevent fraud or misuse, maintain records reasonably related to your order, comply with legal obligations, and operate the Service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We will not use Uploaded Photos, AI Illustrations, book previews, completed book files, Customer Content, or finished outputs for marketing, advertising, social media, or other promotional purposes without your explicit opt-in consent, except that if you choose to share your finished book publicly and tag us, we may reshare that public post as permitted by applicable law and platform functionality.
Privacy Policy and Retention Rules. The Privacy Policy may apply more specific retention, deletion, and data-handling rules to particular categories of Customer Content and related information, including Uploaded Photos, AI Illustrations, completed book files, story context information, account information, order information, and related support records.
- Representations and Warranties. By uploading Customer Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us and our service providers to use the Customer Content as described in these Terms; (b) the Customer Content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; (c) you have obtained all required consent from any identifiable individuals depicted in your Customer Content, including any required consent from a parent or legal guardian; (d) your Customer Content is appropriate family content and does not include nudity, sexually explicit material, exploitative depictions of minors, child sexual abuse material, or any content that is unlawful, unsafe, or inappropriate for inclusion in a children's keepsake book; (e) your Customer Content does not include copyrighted characters, logos, brands, artwork, or other protected materials unless you have permission or another lawful basis to use them; and (f) the Customer Content does not contain illegal, obscene, defamatory, harassing, threatening, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable material.
- Intellectual Property in Customer Content. Certain photographs may depict third-party trademarked characters, logos, brand imagery, or other protected intellectual property. You represent and warrant that your use of such content in connection with the Service complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe any third-party rights. Little Story Keepers™ is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement arising from Customer Content you submit.
- AI Transformation of Customer Content. Little Story Keepers™ may use artificial intelligence and other automated technologies to transform your photographs and other Customer Content into illustrated artwork in your selected style. AI-generated illustrations are created based on your Customer Content, but the final output may differ from your original photographs and may not be error-free. Our systems and processes may be designed to generalize recognizable branded or trademarked characters into original illustrated characters, but we do not guarantee that every output will avoid resemblance to third-party materials. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated images and related content before submitting your order for printing.
- Prohibited Content and Content Safety. You agree not to upload Customer Content that: (a) infringes or may infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (b) depicts nudity, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, or minors in any inappropriate, exploitative, or unlawful manner; (c) contains defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or unlawful material; (d) violates any applicable law or regulation; (e) contains malicious code or software; or (f) creates legal, safety, reputational, or operational risk for Little Story Keepers™. We may use automated tools, third-party safety filters, and other reasonable measures to detect or prevent prohibited content, but we do not undertake to manually review all Customer Content. We may refuse, remove, suspend, cancel, or terminate access to the Service or any order containing prohibited content, apparent prohibited content, or content that we reasonably determine may violate these Terms or applicable law. If we cancel an order solely because we decline to produce it based on prohibited content concerns, we may issue a refund for amounts paid for that order, less any non-refundable amounts permitted by applicable law.
6. AI-Generated Content and Narrative Text
- AI Writing Service. Little Story Keepers™ offers AI-assisted narrative text generation as a standard feature of the Service. AI-generated text is produced based on information you provide, including story context, children's names, ages, and occasion details.
- Customer Review and Approval. All AI-generated text, customer-entered text, uploaded photographs, AI-generated illustrations, page layouts, captions, names, and other book content will be presented to you for review and approval before your order is submitted for printing. You must actively proceed through the review, approval, checkout, and shipping-confirmation steps before an order is placed. Before final submission, you are responsible for reviewing all pages, names, photographs, illustrations, captions, narrative text, spelling, grammar, layout, shipping information, and other content in your Book. By approving and submitting your order, you confirm that you have reviewed the Book and shipping information as presented, authorize us to print and fulfill the Book as approved, and accept responsibility for all text and content included in the Book, whether AI-generated, manually entered, uploaded, or otherwise provided through the Service.
Accuracy of AI Content. We do not warrant that AI-generated narrative text will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all content before submission.
Customer-Entered Text. You are solely responsible for any text you manually enter into your Book. By submitting an order containing manually entered text, you represent and warrant that such text does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with these Terms.
- AI Vendor Data Use. We may use third-party AI service providers to generate narrative text and illustrations. We currently use Anthropic for story text generation through its API and fal.ai for AI illustration generation through its API. We do not use Uploaded Photos, prompts, AI Illustrations, generated story text, order previews, or completed book files to train, improve, or fine-tune AI models. Based on our current vendor terms and documentation, Anthropic does not use API customer inputs or outputs to train its models, and fal.ai processes customer photos to provide the requested illustration-generation service and does not train models on raw customer data. fal.ai may use anonymized or aggregated usage data for service improvement where permitted by its terms. We require AI vendors that process Customer Content on our behalf to use that content only as needed to provide the requested service, comply with law, maintain security, or meet other limited contractual obligations.
7. Checkout Disclosure Summary
Before you submit an order for printing, please review the following important terms. This summary is provided for convenience and does not replace the full Terms.
- U.S. customers only. The Service is currently intended for and available only to customers located in the United States, and orders must be shipped to eligible U.S. shipping addresses.
- Custom orders are final after the cancellation window. Each Book is custom-made based on the content and design you approve. You may request cancellation within one hour after placing your order if production has not begun. After that window, and once an order is submitted for printing or enters production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- You must review before submitting. Please carefully review all names, photos, AI-generated illustrations, narrative text, spelling, page layout, order preview, and shipping information before final submission. Your Book will be printed and shipped based on the version and shipping information you approve.
- Quality issues are covered. If your Book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing, binding, shipping, or AI-generation quality issue attributable to Little Story Keepers™ or our fulfillment process, you may request a reprint or refund as described in Section 10.
- Customer errors are generally not refundable. We generally cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or reprints for approved typos, incorrect names, incorrect photo selections, low-quality uploaded images, shipping-address errors, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content that was presented for review and approved.
- You are responsible for the content you upload. By uploading photos, text, or other content, you confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and that it does not violate third-party rights, applicable law, or our prohibited-content rules, including rules relating to inappropriate or exploitative depictions of minors.
- Marketing use requires opt-in consent. We do not use Uploaded Photos, AI Illustrations, book previews, completed book files, Customer Content, or finished outputs for marketing, advertising, social media, or other promotional purposes without your explicit opt-in consent, except that we may reshare public posts that you choose to publish and tag us in.
- The Terms include liability limitations, arbitration, and class-action waiver terms. These Terms include limitations of liability and a binding arbitration provision that requires most disputes to be resolved individually and not as part of a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.
8. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Order Acceptance. All orders are subject to acceptance by Little Story Keepers™. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to contain prohibited content.
Pricing. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your shipping address.
Payment. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
Order Finality and Limited Cancellation Window. Because Books are custom-made to your specifications, orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted for printing or once production has begun. You may request cancellation within one hour after placing your order by contacting support@littlestorykeepers.com with your order number and a clear cancellation request. If production has not begun when we process a timely cancellation request, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. Before final submission, you must confirm that you have reviewed all pages, images, names, text, and other content; that your Book will be printed as shown or otherwise presented for final approval; and that changes or cancellations may not be possible after submission for printing.
9. Shipping and Delivery
Fulfillment. Books are printed and fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partners and shipped directly to the eligible U.S. shipping address you provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfillment partners or shipping carriers.
Delivery Estimates. Delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
- No International Shipping. Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Little Story Keepers™ does not currently accept orders from, or ship Books to, customers or addresses outside the United States.
Shipping Address. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete eligible U.S. shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, and we may refuse or cancel orders with shipping addresses outside the United States or outside our supported delivery areas.
Lost Shipments. If tracking information indicates that a shipment has not moved for an extended period or the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us at support@littlestorykeepers.com with your order number. Subject to reasonable verification, we may replace the lost shipment at no charge. If tracking shows delivery to the eligible U.S. shipping address you provided, we may not be able to replace the order at no charge, but we encourage you to contact us so we can review the issue.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
- Quality Guarantee. We stand behind the quality of our Books. If your Book arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing, binding, shipping, or production error attributable to Little Story Keepers™, our print partner, or our fulfillment process, we may, subject to reasonable verification, reprint and reship your Book at no charge, issue a refund, or provide another appropriate resolution. Examples of printing or production errors may include missing pages, materially misaligned printing, incorrect binding, materially defective materials, shipping damage, or shipment of a Book that materially differs from the final version approved for printing.
- Customer Errors and Photo Quality. Because Books are custom-made based on your approved design, we generally cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or reprints for customer errors or preferences after final submission. This includes typographical errors in approved text, incorrect names, incorrect photo selections, low-quality uploaded images, layout choices, shipping-address errors, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content that was presented for review and approved before submission. Issues attributable to customer-uploaded photo quality are not eligible for a required refund or reprint, although we may provide guidance or offer a discretionary accommodation. We may, at our discretion, offer a discounted reprint, goodwill credit, or other accommodation for customer errors or preferences, but we are not obligated to do so unless required by applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law.
- Refund and Reprint Process. To request a refund or reprint due to a quality issue, contact us at support@littlestorykeepers.com within 30 days after delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and, where applicable, photographic evidence of the damage, defect, or printing error. We may reasonably request additional information to verify the issue and determine whether a reprint, refund, or other resolution is appropriate. Print or binding defects attributable to our print partner, shipping damage attributable to the carrier, and AI-generation quality issues attributable to Little Story Keepers™ may be handled through a reprint, refund, carrier claim, print-partner claim, or other resolution at our discretion.
11. Intellectual Property — Company Content
All content on the Little Story Keepers™ website, including text, graphics, logos, illustration style designs, software, and other Company content, is the property of Little Story Keepers™ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Company content without our express written permission.
You may use your purchased Book for personal, family, gift, and other noncommercial purposes, including reading it aloud, displaying it personally, photographing or sharing images of your own copy for personal use, and ordering authorized reprints through the Service while available. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, merchandise, or otherwise commercially exploit any Book, illustration, narrative text, design, or Company content without our express written permission.
12. Privacy and Data Security
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference where applicable. We take the privacy and security of your personal information, Uploaded Photos, AI Illustrations, completed book files, and related Customer Content seriously. Customer Content, including Uploaded Photos and images depicting children or family members, may be processed by Little Story Keepers™ and its service providers as reasonably necessary to create and fulfill your order, provide customer support, support eligible reprints, refunds, or quality-issue resolutions, troubleshoot issues, maintain records related to your order, detect or prevent fraud or misuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate the Service as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Uploaded Photos may be retained for 12 months following your last account activity, with the retention period resetting each time you log in. We may notify you 30 days before deleting Uploaded Photos due to inactivity, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, customer-support, reprint, or operational requirements. Uploaded Photos and related draft content associated with an abandoned draft book that is not submitted as an order may be deleted after 60 days of account inactivity, unless a shorter or longer period is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or customer support. AI Illustrations, generated story text, order previews, completed book files, story context information, and related order records may be retained indefinitely as an intentional product feature to support future reprints, customer keepsakes, continued access to your book library, customer support, legal compliance, and business records, unless you request deletion and no legal or operational exception applies. Backups, logs, and vendor systems may retain residual copies temporarily before they are overwritten or deleted through ordinary data-management processes, subject to applicable legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, and operational requirements. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use, disclose, retain, delete, and protect your information.
You may request deletion of your account, Uploaded Photos, AI Illustrations, generated story text, order previews, completed book files, and other personal information at any time by contacting us at support@littlestorykeepers.com or the privacy contact listed in our Privacy Policy. For deletion requests, please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account, your order number if applicable, and a brief description of the information you want deleted. For your protection, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority to make the request before acting on it. If your book is already being previewed, made, shipped, or actively supported, deletion may affect whether we can finish the order. Where deletion would affect an active order, we will explain your options and, where legally and operationally permitted, offer to cancel the order and delete the relevant information before production begins or finish the order and delete eligible information promptly after delivery. Deletion requests may not apply to information we are required or permitted to retain by law or reasonably need to retain for security, fraud prevention, payment processing, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, legal compliance, protection of our legal rights, or other legitimate operational purposes.
If we request consent to use customer photos, book previews, finished Books, testimonials, or other Customer Content for marketing or promotional purposes, we will request separate opt-in consent, including through an optional account-creation checkbox, checkout checkbox, or other electronic consent mechanism. If you choose to opt in, you may later withdraw consent for future marketing use by contacting us at support@littlestorykeepers.com. Withdrawal will apply prospectively and will not require us to remove materials already printed, distributed, published, or otherwise used before we received and processed your withdrawal request, except where required by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services, including hosting and platform providers, payment processors, print-on-demand fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, customer-support tools, email and marketing platforms, analytics providers, and AI technology providers. These service providers may process information, Customer Content, Uploaded Photos, AI Illustrations, completed book files, or order information as reasonably necessary to support the Service, fulfill orders within the United States, process payments, provide customer support, send transactional or permitted marketing communications, analyze Service usage, or perform related operational functions. Current vendors may include Base44 for hosting and platform services, fal.ai for AI illustration generation, Anthropic for AI narrative text generation, Lulu Direct or Lulu for print fulfillment, Stripe for payments, and Klaviyo for order confirmations and marketing communications. We require service providers that process personal information or sensitive Customer Content on our behalf to use that information only for the services they provide to us, maintain appropriate confidentiality and security measures, and follow retention and deletion requirements that are reasonably consistent with our Privacy Policy and instructions. Where applicable, we seek to use vendor arrangements, standard terms, data processing agreements, and published privacy or security terms that are reasonably aligned with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We periodically review our service-provider, AI-processing, retention, deletion, and security practices and may update these Terms or our Privacy Policy when our practices or legal obligations materially change. Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the independent practices of third-party service providers, but we seek to use service providers in a manner consistent with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If we become aware of Customer Content that may be illegal, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise prohibited, including content involving the exploitation or abuse of minors, we may preserve and disclose relevant information to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, service providers, or other appropriate parties as required or permitted by law, and may suspend or terminate accounts or orders associated with that content.
The Service is not directed at children under the age of 13, and children do not create accounts or place orders. While the Service may process photographs that depict children, that content is provided by adult customers, parents, or guardians and is subject to the protections described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LITTLE STORY KEEPERS™ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICE, ANY BOOK, ANY CUSTOMER CONTENT, OR YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICE, OR ANY ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND NOTHING IN THIS SECTION IS INTENDED TO LIMIT THE QUALITY GUARANTEE EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN SECTION 10 FOR ELIGIBLE DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR MISPRINTED BOOKS.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Little Story Keepers™ and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your Customer Content; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your breach or alleged breach of these Terms; (d) your violation or alleged violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (e) your violation of applicable law. We may provide notice of an indemnifiable claim and, at our discretion, may assume control of the defense and settlement of any matter subject to indemnification. You agree to cooperate reasonably with our defense and may not settle any matter in a way that imposes liability, obligation, admission, or restriction on Little Story Keepers™ without our prior written consent.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES BINDING ARBITRATION OF MOST DISPUTES AND MAY AFFECT YOUR RIGHT TO BRING A CLAIM IN COURT. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, any Book, any order, or any Customer Content will be resolved by binding arbitration in King County, Washington, in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property infringement, misuse of confidential information, unauthorized use of the Service, or other claims for which equitable relief is appropriate. The arbitrator may award any relief available under applicable law, subject to the limitations and exclusions in these Terms to the extent enforceable. YOU AND LITTLE STORY KEEPERS™ AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Before creating an account or submitting an order, you may be required to affirmatively indicate your agreement to these Terms, including through a clickwrap checkbox or similar electronic assent mechanism. We may maintain records of your assent, including the date, time, user or account ID, order ID where applicable, and Terms version associated with account creation, checkout, or the applicable transaction.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website, updating the Last Updated date, and, where appropriate, providing notice through the Service or by other reasonable means. For significant changes affecting how we handle photographs, children's information, Customer Content, AI processing, marketing consent, or dispute-resolution terms, we may provide more prominent notice, including email notification where possible, and will obtain consent where required by applicable law. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different method of notice or consent.
